Q. Will I definitely get Truffles?
Every tree is inoculated and we are planting ‘spare’ trees to offset any sterile trees (which will just be re-inoculated for future use) and any tree that dies will be replaced by us free of charge

Q. How will you audit the crop?
We have to audit the crop for legal purposes so each tree is tagged and will be individually audited and recorded.

Q. Can I visit my tree?
Yes – please contact us for more information on where to stay etc.

Q. What happens if my tree dies?
We will replace it with one of a similar age free of charge.

Q. I really like this idea, can I tell my friends?
Please do, you can become an Affiliate free of charge and earn a modest commission on tree sales – which we can donate to the charity of your choice if you wish.

Q. If I opt to have truffles sent to me how does this work?
We will arrange to send you truffles within 24hrs of harvesting. All packaging & carriage costs will be made available to you as and when the crops are ready and these will need to be paid for prior to shipping.

Q. Once I have taken the option of either “payment” for my truffles or actual truffles sent to me can I change my preference at any time?
Yes. You can change this at any time by emailing us at the CONTACT US section giving your Unique Reference No. You will then receive an email confirming your preference has been changed.

1. When you lease or gift a tree, you ‘own’ it for 15 years.
2. We plant, irrigate, weed and generally care for the tree throughout the 15 years.
3. If your tree dies during the period we will replace it absolutely free of charge for the same species as close to the same age as possible and you will be advised of this.
4. Crops are audited for our own purposes and you can visit your tree at any time by arrangement or send a representative.
5. You will receive a report each year on crop, and at the time of cropping you will be informed of the total crop from your tree.
6. You can choose at harvesting whether you wish to have your truffles shipped to you (charged at cost) or whether you would like us to sell them for you at best possible price and send you the money.
7. If you wish to sell on your tree to someone else you can do so by contacting us and we then process the paperwork for a nominal charge.
8. Maintenance charges are due on the payment anniversary date and you will be able to pay via the web site. It is important to note that your tree will carry a unique reference number and tag and you will receive an official certificate
